UPDATE: Kimbo Slice has reportedly died.

The story, which was reported by TMZ, is developing. However, multiple sources told the news outlet, “the situation does not look good.”

At this time, police are reportedly at his home collecting information from family members, but no details about why the 42-year-old landed in the hospital have been provided.

Kimbo Slice has been celebrated MMA fighter since he came on to the scene in 2003. He last fought at Bellator 149 in February and defeated Dada 5000. Shockingly, the win was later overturned when Kimbo tested positive for a banned steroid. Nothing has been revealed yet, but it’s possible his hospitalization has something to do with his steroid use.

Kimbo was scheduled to fight James Thompson at Bellator 158 in London on July 16, but that may never happen now. As more details emerge, we’ll keep you updated, so keep checking back with HollywoodLife.com!

Our thoughts go out to Kimbo, as well as his friends and family, during this difficult time. We hope he recovers.
