Johnny Depp’s bodyguard, Jerry Judge, continues to claim that Amber Heard is lying about being subject to domestic abuse. This time, the security professional was overheard making comments about the messy situation in a hotel lobby, according to a new report.
The Amber Heard and Johnny Depp case has become even more complicated as Johnny’s bodyguard, Jerry Judge, continues to claim that Johnny hasn’t harmed Amber. Witnesses reportedly heard Jerry commenting on the situation at the Royal Hotel in Aarhus, Denmark on June 1 — read on to see what he said.
Johnny Depp’s bodyguard, Jerry Judge, says that Amber is “exaggerating” when it comes to her claims about being the subject of domestic abuse, DailyMail reports: “The things she is saying are not true…she is making things up to hurt Johnny’s reputation and make her look like the victim,” Jerry was overheard saying in a hotel lobby in Denmark, according to the site. “She is exaggerating what she says he did to her to get a bigger divorce payout…that’s the only reason.” To hear more about Johnny and Amber, head over to iTunes and download the latest HollywoodLife podcast for free!
The site adds that Jerry, who has been Johnny’s security guard for fifteen years, was also overheard saying that Johnny hasn’t laid a hand on Amber: “To say Johnny assaulted her is a lie. She is making it up,” Jerry reportedly said. “I don’t believe her…Johnny wouldn’t hurt her.”
DM‘s report comes on the heels of a similar one from TMZ, which maintains that Jerry was also present during the alleged fight on May 21 in Amber and Johnny’s apartment. Jerry was “standing in the entryway inside Johnny and Amber’s apartment unit, giving them space during the argument, when out of nowhere they heard Amber scream“, according to the site, and the guards say that “within a second” they ran to the living area, where Johnny was actually 20 feet away from Amber. What a mess!
