So scary. Amber Heard headed to court on May 27 and submitted a photo as evidence, claiming the bruises on her face were from a beating by Johnny Depp — and she claims she also has video.
There may soon be a video of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard that you don’t want to see. After submitting a photo of her bruised face as evidence, the Magic Mike XXL actress, 30, claimed in court that she also had a video of one of the alleged beatings, according to a new report.
“This was not an isolated event,” a source told People about the alleged beating that took place on Saturday, May 21 — the night after Johnny Depp’s mother passed away. “This was only the latest incident.”
A video of “one of beatings” is out there, according to TMZ. It is not yet known if the video she is speaking of is from Saturday. Amber claims that on Saturday he was shattering objects in their apartment and was on her phone with a friend when he grabbed it away.
It was then that she screamed to her friend to call the police and cops later showed up and took a report — he had already left.
The bruises, she claims, are due to an iPhone being smashed in her face. She also claimed that Johnny offered her money to stay quiet after the alleged abuse, but she instead filed for divorce. In court, she asked for a temporary restraining order, adding there was an immediate threat. However, Johnny is out of town promoting Alice Through the Looking Glass. This morning, Johnny also released his first statement after the divorce, via his publicist. “Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life. Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly,” a rep for the actor said.
