Veuve Clicquot Rich Pineapple Polo Classic
Pineapple cut into quarters
Place 5 ice cubes in a large wine glass. Add 5 to 6 pieces of cut pineapple and finish with chilled Veuve Clicquot. Sip and enjoy!
Stella Artois Cidre Bellini

8 oz. pear juice or pear puree
16 oz. Stella Artois Cidre
Mix ingredients together in a large pitcher. Pre-chill wine glasses or champagne flutes with ice cubes and discard the ice before pouring in the cocktail.

Mix ingredients together in a large pitcher. Pre-chill wine glasses with ice cubes and discard the ice before pouring in the cocktail.
Stella Artois Cidre Twist

1 small sugar cube
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
2 dashes of orange bitters
Mix the ingredients together in a champagne flute, and top with Stella Artois Cidre. Lightly stir and garnish with a lemon twist.
The Ananas Artois
¾ oz pineapple jalapeño juice
A scoop of ice
Mix the ingredients together in a double old fashioned glass. Top with Stella Artois Cidre and stir. Garnish with a skewered pineapple slice dusted with nutmeg.
To make the Pineapple Jalapeño Juice:
2 whole pineapples
2 fresh jalapeños
A pinch of sea salt
Stella Artois Cidre
½ cup of raw sugar
Cruzan® Black Cherry Avalanche
1 Part Cruzan® Black Cherry Rum
1 Part DeKuyper® Michigan Cherry Schnapps Liqueur
Method: Pack rocks glass with shaved ice. Slowly pour chilled spirits over the ice. Squeeze lime on top. Garnish with sprig of mint and a black cherry.
2 parts Midori® Melon Liqueur
1 part Cruzan® Pineapple Rum
4 parts Colada Mix*
Method: Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a hurricane type glass and top with whipped cream and a pineapple/cherry stack.
Colada Mix Ingredients:
5 parts Coco Lopez® Cream of Coconut
8 parts Pineapple Juice
Method: Combine all ingredients in a blender without ice and mix until well blended. Keep remaining mixture chilled (mixture should last between 5-7 days)
Remove the pineapple’s skin, top and bottom. Slice into 1 inch thick discs and cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise. On a baking tray or platter, drizzle ¾ of the pineapple slices and the jalapeños with olive oil and add a dusting of nutmeg. Grill on medium heat for 8 minutes per side until the jalapeños’ skin is well blistered and it has softened significantly. Place the pineapple, jalapeños, a pinch of salt and ½ bottle of Stella Artois Cidre in a food processor and purée. Strain the mixture 2-3 times. While the juice is warm, stir in the raw sugar until dissolved. Garnish with slices of the remaining pineapple.
*Can be made up to 4 days prior to serving and stored in an air tight container.
1.5 cups SMIRNOFF™ Red, White & Berry
3 cups pink lemonade
Strawberry and lemon garnish
In a punch bowl or pitcher, stir 1.5 cups (1 part) SMIRNOFF™ Red, White & Berry with 3 cups (2 parts) pink lemonade. Stir in strawberries and lemon wedges. Pour and garnish with strawberry and lemon. Serves 6.
SVEDKA’s Red, White & Boom
1 1/2 parts SVEDKA Vodka
1 part watermelon schnapps
1/2 part cranberry juice
1/2 part lemon juice
1/2 part simple syrup
1/4 part blue curaçao
Build in the glass. Add watermelon schnapps and cranberry juice over ice, then carefully add lemon, simple syrup, and SVEDKA as to layer the white layer, then VERY carefully layer the blue Curacao to create the color separation, and gently top with soda. Garnish with fresh watermelon pieces.
SVEDKA’s Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade
parts SVEDKA Vodka
1 part strawberry
3/4 part vanilla syrup
1/4 part fresh lemon juice
3 parts Champagne
Muddle strawberry in a Collins glass and build drink on top over ice. Top with Champagne and garnish with a sliced strawberry.
SVEDKA’s Patriotic Punch
2 parts SVEDKA Vodka
1/2 part Orange Curacao
1/2 part simple syrup
1 part fresh lime juice
Dash of grenadine
Combine ingredients in a pitcher and top with ice. Garnish with blackberries and mint.
SVEDKA’s Watermelon Cooler
2 Parts SVEDKA Vodka
1 Part Seedless Watermelon juice
.75 Part Lemon Juice
.75 Part simple syrup
Splash of Soda
Combine all ingredients except soda in a shaker set. Shake and strain into a Collins glass. Add ice and top with soda. Garnish with watermelon and strawberries.

1 oz Usquebach Reserve Blended Scotch Whisky
1 oz Contrato Bianco (or Lillet Blanc)
1 oz La Quintinye Vermouth Royal
Dash of orange bitters
Lemon twist for garnish
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail coupe. Rim the coupe with the lemon twist, and drop into drink.
Blackberry Sun Tea
2 part Bourbon
1 part St Germain
3 parts Sparkling Ice Peach Ice Tea
Muddle blackberries in shaker. Add ice, whiskey and St. Germain. Shake and pour (do not strain) into highball glass. Top with Peach Iced Tea.
1 part Owl’s Brew Pink and Black [blend of black tea, hibiscus, lemon peel, and splashed with strawberry and lemon juices]
1 part Rosé Wine
Strawberries, raspberries, mint
In a glass, muddle 2 strawberries, 3 raspberries and a mint sprig. Combine equal parts chilled Pink and Black and chilled Rosé. Garnish with a lemon peel.
Rosé All Day
1 part Owl’s Brew White and Vine [blend of white tea, pomegranate, lemon peel, and watermelon juice]
1 part Rosé Wine
In a glass, combine equal parts chilled Pink and Black and chilled Rosé. Top with seltzer. Garnish with fresh fruit – we like strawberries, raspberries or a wedge of watermelon!
Skinny Moscow Mule
3 oz Zevia Ginger Ale
2 oz vodka
1 oz lime juice
Mix vodka and lime juice together and pour over ice
Top off with the ginger ale
Garnish with mint and a lime
Blueberry Thyme Smash
2 parts The Botanist® Gin
¾ part fresh lime
1 part simple syrup
2 sprigs of thyme
Instructions: Muddle 7 blueberries and 1 sprig of thyme in a mixing glass. Add rest of ingredients with ice, shake well until chilled and strain over fresh ice.
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Instructions: Combine ingredients in a saucepan, bring to boil and simmer until sugar is fully dissolved, stirring frequently. Set aside to cool.
Garnish: Sprig of thyme and 3 blueberries on a noshi gushi (knotted bamboo skewer)
2 parts Sauza® 901® Tequila
1 part triple sec
1 part lemon juice
Splash agave syrup
Preparation: Combine all ingredients excluding Mexican pilsner in mixing glass over ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into chilled tall glass. Top with Mexican pilsner beer.
Sauza® 901® Peachy Keen
2 parts Sauza® 901® Tequila
1 part triple sec
1 part peach schnapps
1 part grapefruit juice
Thyme sprig for garnish
Preparation: Combine all ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a thyme sprig.
2 parts Hornitos® Plata Tequila
1 ½ parts ginger ale
1 ½ parts fresh lemonade
½ part fresh lime juice
Lemon peel for garnish
Preparation: Combine ingredients in a highball glass and serve. Garnish with a lemon peel.
1.5 oz whiskey
3 splashes orange bitters
3 oz Ginger Ale Zevia
Orange peel to garnish
Fill a high ball glass with ice
Add the whiskey and bitters
Top with ginger ale and garnish with an orange peel
1.5 oz gin
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup (you can make one with stevia!)
.5 oz Pama liquor
.5 oz pineapple juice
2 oz Zevia Lemon Lime Twist
In a glass over ice, combine the gin, lime juice, simple syrup, Pama liquor and pineapple juice
Mix well and top with Zevia Lemon Lime Twist
This can be made for a larger crowd in a punch bowl by combining 3 parts gin, 1 part lime juice, 1 part simple syrup, 1 part Pama liquor and 1 part pineapple juice
Mix well, and serve over ice, topping the glass with Zevia Lemon Lime Twist

2.25 cups pineapple juice (20 ounces)
1-2 cans Cream Soda Zevia
3 cups club soda
In a pitcher, combine all the ingredients
Add ice and serve
1 ½ parts Skinnygirl® Cucumber Vodka
1 ½ parts lemonade
1 ½ parts watermelon juice
Thyme or watermelon for garnish
Preparation: Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice. Pour mixture into a tall glass, add garnish and enjoy!
Skinnygirl® White Wine Slush
1 part Skinnygirl® Pinot Grigio
1 part Cruzan® Light Rum
2 parts frozen lemonade
1 part seltzer
Peach for garnish
Preparation: Blend all ingredients except seltzer with ice. Pour into a flute glass, top with seltzer and garnish with peach.
1oz. Mescal (Del Maguey San Luis Del Rio)
1oz. Ancho Reyes Liqueur
6 oz. Q Ginger Beer
Slice of blood orange
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add mescal and liqueur. Top with Ginger Beer and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of blood orange.
