‘The Voice’ has long been criticized for not producing stars and it’s time for that to change! Season 10 winner Alisan Porter has such incredible talent and it would be a shame if that went to waste. Do you guys agree that Alisan deserves an amazing career?!
For some reason, year after year, the winner of The Voice’s popularity fizzles out after their season ends — but it would be a sin if that happens to Alisan Porter. The Season 10 champion has everything it takes to be a star, and she deserves her time to really shine.
Nine winners have been crowned on The Voice before Alisan, and while Cassadee Pope and Danielle Bradbery have made some waves in country music, no victor has truly become a superstar like Kelly Clarkson or Carrie Underwood. It’s something the show has been criticized for often — even by coach Adam Levine. To hear more about The Voice, head over to iTunes and download the latest HollywoodLife podcast for free!
But from the very first episode, when Alisan performed “Blue Bayou,” her talent was evident to anyone watching. And beyond just the fact that she has an incredible voice, she also has an ability to connect with the audience, and she does it all in a way that’s never forced or strained. How can this woman NOT go far!?
“I have no doubt that she will be in charge of her own vision and herself for the kind of music she wants to make,” Alisan’s coach, Christina Aguilera, told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She is a strong woman.”
Even with her coach’s confidence, though, it certainly won’t be easy. Alisan’s supporters from throughout the show NEED to make sure they’re continuing to support her music and career! Think of it like this: Instead of voting for her to win The Voice, we’re now voting for her to stay relevant and successful. Sounds easy enough, right?!
Do you think Alisan will have a long career after The Voice, HollywoodLifers?
