We had barely gotten over her stunning performance when Justin Bieber took the stage! He looked hotter than ever with his short hair, and once again showed off his crazy dance moves. The stage was covered in cool 3-dimensional graphics that appeared to be swirling in the air around him – we’ve never seen anything like that before!
The cutest moment of the night by far was when Blake Shelton and his lovely lady Gwen Stefani took the stage to perform their duet “Go Ahead and Break My Heart.” The duo couldn’t take their eyes off of each other the whole time. It was as if they were all alone! Sooo romantic.
Can we talk about Adele’s big music video reveal for “Send My Love (To Your New Lover)”? It was basically just Adele looking gorgeous and dancing in a black room with cool effects for 3 minutes, but we could have watched it forever!
All week leading up to the show, we weren’t sure Kesha would go through with her performance, after Dr. Luke tried to stop it for fear she would publicly say something about him. But it went off without a hitch and she looked and sounded stunning.
Celine Dion totally slayed her first major performance following the tragic death of her husband Rene Angelil, but the best part is when she accepted her Icon Award. Her son surprised her by coming out to present it, and he totally broke down in tears. It was sooo sweet!
Finally, Madonna closed out the show with an epic performance of a medley of Prince’s biggest hits. Stevie Wonder also came out to help honor the loss of the iconic star, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the arena! For photos of all of the show’s biggest moments, click through the gallery above!
