Wait, so is Khloe Kardashian saying that she does not want to split from Lamar Odom and wants to work things out? In a new essay she has penned for Lena Dunham’s website, she talks about her Christian faith and not believing in divorce.
Khloe Kardashian seems a bit unsure about her pending divorce with Lamar Odom. The KUWTK reality star opened up about her break up with Lamar after four years of marriage and she says that “at my core, I don’t believe in divorce.” Hold on, is she saying that they might be calling off their divorce?
“I’ve been blessed with a lot in my life, and I’ve also had challenges,” Khloe writes in her essay for Lena Dunham‘s site. “It was a challenge for me when I decided to get divorced. At my core, I don’t believe in divorce. But I came to a point in my marriage where I had to make the choice to take care of my own mental and emotional well-being in order to protect myself and my happiness. I am at peace with that decision and do feel like I honored my vows to the very end. I feel that I kept the serious vows I made in front of God with every inch of my heart, which is why I am still honoring them today even though my relationship with my ex-husband is in a different place. I believe in caring for my partner—past or present—’in sickness and in health,’ and feel at peace with my relationship with God even after the fact. I’m thankful that I can rely on my God, who, along with my family, has led me through some of the most difficult times of my life.”
Ah, so Khloe still plans to move forward with the split and she even calls him her “ex-husband.” We told you that on KUWTK, Khloe was open to the idea of remarrying Lamar but said that they needed to fully divorce first. “We need to cut our ties and then figure it back out,” she told Kris Jenner. That’s not exactly a no … and in this family anything is possible.
HollywoodLifers, do you think that Khloe and Lamar will split?
