Selena Gomez’s Canadian fans aren’t too happy right now. The singer just had to reschedule her ‘Revival’ shows in Toronto and Ottawa, creating all sorts of issues for fans who had already purchased tickets. Don’t hate on her for it, though, it isn’t her fault. Keep reading to get the scoop!
Planning on seeing Selena Gomez, 23, perform in Toronto or Ottawa next week? The “Hands To Myself” singer’s Revival tour is making stops in both cities at the end of May, and now thanks to a NBA basketball game, she’s being forced to reschedule the shows. How annoying!
The Toronto Raptors advancement to the NBA Eastern Conference Finals will require the Selena show originally slated for Sunday, May 22, at Air Canada Centre in Toronto to be rescheduled for Wednesday, May 25. The concert originally scheduled on May 25 in Ottawa at Canadian Tire Centre will be rescheduled to May 22. Basically, the show dates are flip-flopping!
Selenators, Tyler Shaw, 23, and Bea Miller, 17, will be Selena’s supporting acts on the rescheduled date in Ottawa on May 22 at Canadian Tire Centre, while Joe Jonas, 26, and his band DNCE and Bea will be opening the show for Sel in Toronto at Air Canada Centre on May 25. We know, we know…this is all sorts of confusing.
If you scored amazing seats, don’t stress. Tickets purchased for the originally scheduled show dates will be honored. If you can’t find a babysitter or get that night off because you had the other date reserved, refunds will be made available at point of purchase until Friday, May 20. We’re pretty sure you don’t want to miss her show, though. The reviews have been amazing, and have you seen the outfits she performs in? Stunning! Click here to listen to her new music, too!
