Amal Clooney headed out in Cannes after her slight wardrobe malfunction on the red carpet, and this time she opted for a much more covered up look! Instead of rocking a revealing look, she donned a vintage rainbow dress and we’re not sure if we love it or loathe it! What do you guys think? VOTE.
Amal Clooney, 38, stepped out in Cannes in a gorgeous rainbow dress after her wardrobe malfunction on the red carpet, and she looked fabulous! After Amal’s little mishap with her yellow gown that had a plunging slit, she swapped her gowns for a cute little vintage rainbow dress. We respect Amal for wanting to wear some color in Cannes, but this look may just be a bit too chaotic for us — do you agree? What do you guys think of her dress — do you love it or loathe it? VOTE.
We feel so bad for Amal considering her outfit went a bit haywire on the red carpet of the Money Monster premiere. She arrived looking more stunning than ever in an off-the-shoulder, yellow chiffon Atelier Versace gown. The gown was so flowy and beautiful, and it also featured a hip-high slit on the side, showing off her insanely long and lean legs.
However, one little gust of wind completely blew open her skirt and she caught the dress just in the knick of time, before things got seriously worse. Amal took it like a lady though, and simply laughed it off.
She knew not to make that mistake again, though, when she stepped out with George Clooney, 55, wearing a vintage rainbow Valentino dress from 1973. While we are all about vintage pieces, this striped rainbow frock may just be a bit too retro and we’re not sure we were ready for it to make a comeback.
The rainbow dress featured long sleeves and a high-neck with a ribbon tied around her neck. The bottom half of the dress featured a pleated skirt and she topped the look off with a simple pair of gray suede pumps.
We usually love whatever Amal throws on, but this dress is just a bit too overboard — do you agree? What do you guys think of her look — do you love it or loathe it? VOTE.
