Is there anything Drake can’t do? The rapper took to the main stage as the host of ‘Saturday Night Live’ on May 14, and totally cracked us up by impersonating his on-again/off-again love, Rihanna. His opening monologue was one of the best parts of the night. Watch it here!
Who doesn’t love them some Drake, 29? The “Pop Style” singer had the whole crowd laughing when he took to the stage as host of Saturday Night Live on May 15, and impersonated Rihanna. Can you say, hilarious?!
Aside from looking cute as hell, and killing it on the mic, Drake proved he’s still good on the acting front. He started off his Saturday night gig by murdering his opening monologue with a song about being “more than a meme.” Then, he threw on a wig and impersonated his on-again/off-again love, Rihanna, by singing her current hit, “Work,” and saying they’re just “friends.” It was so funny!
And the opener wasn’t the only thing Drizzy nailed. He busted out several hilarious sketches throughout the show with some of SNL’s biggest stars. Everyone in the audience was rolling. We know we were while watching at home! See a clip of Drake’s show opener, below. Bet you won’t be able to not laugh!
It’s interesting that Drake said he and Rihanna are “nothing more than friends” because he and RiRi couldn’t keep their hands off of each other at a recent concert after-party.
“Drake and Rihanna were together the whole time inside being loving,” a source told Us Weekly about their get together last week at The Nice Guy in Los Angeles. “They were affectionate. They had their arms around each other.” Oh well, the skit was still funny!
Do you think Drake did a good job hosting Saturday Night Live, HollywoodLifers?
