After last night’s shocking snow day on ‘Game of Thrones,’ we have a lot of questions about what’s next for the show — and for Jon Snow, of course. Well get ready — it’s going to be huge.
If you’re a fan of Kit Harington on Game of Thrones, you were celebrating with the rest of the world last night when he was finally brought back to life, thanks to Melisandre. But how much will we see of the Lord Commander? Well he just did a top-secret interview revealing just that — and the answer may surprise you!
Yes, that’s real — Kit, 39, is on the cover of this week’s Entertainment Weekly, in a super secret feature interview. Not only did he, the cast, and the crew all lie about Jon’s fate — and did a pretty good job hiding photos of him on set, but it’s even more impressive when you hear this: he’s in a ton of this season; he actually spent more time on set than any other actor this season. Yes, you read that right.
“It’s a massive season for Jon,” Kit said in the interview. “It’s his biggest season for him so far.”
We’re not even sure how to react to that. But let’s also say, he did give a sweet apology to fans — and revealed he was happy with the insane reaction to the “death” last year.
“Sorry! I’d like to say sorry for lying to everyone,” he said in a video interview with EW. “I’m glad that people were upset that he died. I think my biggest fear was that people were not going to care. Or it would just be, ‘Fine, Jon Snow’s dead.’ But it seems like people had a, similar to the Red Wedding episode, kind of grief about it. Which means something I’m doing — or the show is doing — is right.”
So, where do you think Jon Snow’s season is headed? Let us know in the comments below!
