Prince’s death has left so many unanswered questions, including why the late singer visited the pharmacy four times the week before he died. The plot now thickens, as it’s been revealed that Prince traveled MILES away from home to pick up his prescriptions!
What happened to Prince in the week before his death? Police have been heavily investigating Walgreens pharmacies near Paisley Park, but it’s now been revealed that he traveled six miles away to Minnetonka to get prescriptions pills! Was he making such long of journey to hide his alleged pill addiction? Click through for the details!
Prince died at the age of 57 on April 21, and many believe it was due to a major prescription drug overdose. His frequent trips to the pharmacy have raised suspicions on that front, though his cause of death has still not yet been released post-autopsy. Strangely, although there are eight pharmacies within a mile of Paisley Park, Prince chose to drive six miles away the night before his death to visit the branch in Minnetonka. Why?
It’s 100 percent the same pharmacy he was photographed at the night before his death. Whoa! Unnamed family members have told TMZ that they’re worried Prince visited different pharmacies frequently so that it wouldn’t raise red flags, i.e. he could turn in multiple prescriptions for the same drug at the same time — something that a single pharmacy wouldn’t allow, especially with Percocet, the narcotic painkiller he was allegedly taking before his death.
The narrative around Prince’s death keeps getting more and more heartbreaking. After his death, authorities issued a search warrant to investigate one of the Walgreens near Paisley Park to obtain information about Prince’s medications and purchase history. With this new pharmacy in the mix, it seems like investigators have much more on their hands to deal with, now.
