What a perfect fit! Kelly Ripa celebrated her 20th wedding anniversary with Mark Consuelos and she decided to break out her wedding dress for the occasion! 20 years later and it still looks amazing on the star.
If the dress fits! While usually your wedding day is the only time you can wear your wedding dress, Kelly Ripa, 45, found another occasion to break out her white frock — on her anniversary! The talk show host celebrated 20 years with hubby Mark Consuelos, 46, and to mark the milestone anniversary she slipped back into her wedding dress while celebrating on a romantic vacation in Turks and Caicos — and it still fit 20 years later!
Not only did Kelly look amazing in the form-fitting, spaghetti-strap gown, but it looks like she’s actually slimmer than she was when she said “I Do.” She was all smiles as she posed with her hubby for the sweet photo, which she shared on Instagram, showing off the white gown.
While some dresses might seem dated 20 years later that definitely wasn’t the case with Kelly’s — in fact, if she didn’t announce the fact that she was wearing her dress we might’ve never known! It turns out Kelly didn’t buy the dress for her wedding — she actually purchased it five years prior to her wedding. “The dress is 25 years old. My marriage is 20 years old. I didn’t buy it as a wedding dress. I just bought it because it was really pretty, and I wanted to buy something from the Barneys Warehouse sale,” she explained on her show. “I was working the soap [All My Children]. I didn’t make a lot of money. It was $199 on final clearance sale. “Do I eat this week, or do I get this dress?” Literally, this was the thought process’.”

Kelly and Mark eloped 20 years ago, (May 1, 1996, to be exact!), during a Las Vegas ceremony. They met on set of All My Children, where they played on-screen lovers — and we’re so happy to see them still going strong in real life.
