There’s no bigger fan of Beyoncé’s empowering new album than her little sister Solange Knowles. HollywoodLife.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY that she’s especially thrilled that Bey is finally revealing alleged cracks in her marriage to Jay Z.
Talk about sisterhood! Solange Knowles, 29, completely has Beyoncé‘s back after her new album Lemonade finally let the 34-year-old expose some of the pain that husband Jay Z, 46 has supposedly caused her. HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE details of how Solange is beyond stoked for her sister and her bold musical statements!
“Solange is living for her big sister right now and couldn’t be happier. With this album, she thinks Bey has eclipsed herself by opening herself up and being a voice for women. There’s a lot of truth is what Beyoncé’s said in her music, and Solange only wishes Bey would have done this earlier, like years ago earlier!” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
“Solange knows that Bey’s had to be quiet about some things in her marriage. She hates that Beyoncé has lived with pain and is really happy that she’s finally broken out and is talking about it,” our insider adds. We all knew something was up after Solange’s epic elevator beat down of Jay Z after the 2015 Met Ball while Beyoncé just stood by and watched. Obviously she was pretty upset with him and even at the time speculation was rife that she lashed out at him over his close relationship designer Rachel Roy, 42. Now it’s Bey’s turn to take out that same anger in song, and boy did she appear to let Jay have it! While Lemonade is overall tribute to female empowerment, the lyric that has has the world talking is where she sings, “He only want me when I’m not there. He better call Becky with the good hair,” and everyone is taking it to be a swipe at Jay for allegedly stepping out on Bey with Rachel. It doesn’t help the designer’s case that she taunted the Beyhive by writing on Instagram “Good hair don’t care” right after Lemonade dropped. But Bey’s fans completely went after her with full fury over the incredibly stupid statement, causing Rachel to go into hiding!
HollywoodLifers, do you think Beyoncé included that line to purposefully shame Jay Z?
