Rachel Roy, what have you done? The fashion designer has provoked the Beyhive again by posting another Instagram that makes reference to Beyonce’s ‘Lemonade’, after teasing she’s Becky in another pic. If Beyonce’s fans weren’t mad before, they sure are now!
Are those some lemons we see? Rachel Roy, 42, coyly posted an Instagram on April 24 that not-so subtly showed a refreshing lemon drink she was enjoying at Coachella — Beyonce‘s Lemonade, much? The post comes just hours after she made reference to being “Becky with the good hair” in a now-deleted Instagram, and was totally dragged by Bey’s fans. Damn, this is bold!
The fashion designer doesn’t seem to care about the firestorm she’s created by alluding to Beyonce lyrics on her Instagram! After Beyonce’s fans obliterated her for posting a pic captioned with “good hair don’t care,” Rachel deleted the post and moved on, unfazed with a new diss! Though it’s just a shot of the brunch cocktails she’s sharing with a pal, there’s no mistaking that it was a deliberate choice to prominently feature a lemon in that shot. And the Beyhive totally picked up on it, too!
“Bet you enjoyed that LEMONADE 🍋🐝.” “You must hate yourself, disrespecting Beyoncè like that. 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋.” “Botox Becky is trying it ! F*ck around & get checked hoe.” “Sure lucky u didn’t choke on this lemon.” The comments go on and on, most of them just lemon and bee emojis. She has really done it! When Solange attacked Jay Z in an elevator after the 2014 Met Gala, it was allegedly because of his “close friendship” with Rachel. Becky, of course, is the chick in Beyonce’s “Sorry” who hooks up with her man. What is going on here?
HollywoodLifers, do you think Rachel was trying to shade Beyonce even further? Tell us in the comments!
