Is there anything Beyonce, 34, can’t do? After dropping a killer new album, Lemonade, on April 23, Queen Bey has not only left us all speechless but totally in awe of her unbelievable talent and fearless passion. This latest album is undoubtedly her deepest and most honest one yet. Just wait until you hear it!
The “Formation” singer dropped her sixth studio album on Tidal shortly after her accompanying album film, “Lemonade,” which aired on HBO on April 23. The album of the same title, Lemonade, features 12 new songs as well as collaborations with The Weeknd, Kendrick Lamar, James Blake and Jack White. SUCH a star-studded list! Find out how you can buy Lemonade right here!
Her full list of songs includes:
1. Pray You Can’t Catch Me
2. Hold Up
3. Don’t Hurt Yourself
5. 6 Inch
6. Daddy Lessons
7. Love Drought
11. All Night
Bey released her album following her hour-long televised HBO special, in which she also premiered all the songs with accompanying videos — seriously, it was EPIC! Essentially, Lemonade was an in-your-face, extremely honest body of work that the streaming service claimed “is a conceptual project based on every woman’s journey of self-knowledge and healing.” Yep, sounds about right. Beyonce gets all kinds of deep in her new tracks and we are LOVING this unabashed version of the diva.
Once again Beyonce has showed us why she is in fact, the queen and always will be. After all, this isn’t even the first time she’s dropped a surprise album on us! Her self-titled fifth LP, which was marketed as a visual album, arrived unannounced on iTunes in December 2013. The 14-track disc included singles “Drunk In Love,” “Partition,” and “Flawless.” Next we have Beyonce’s Formation World Tour to look forward to, which kicks off Wednesday, April 27 in Miami.
Are you loving Beyonce’s latest album, HollywoodLifers? Do you think it’s her best work yet? Sound off!
