So cool! Chris Brown just shared a new music video for his song with G-Eazy and Tory Lanez, titled ‘Drifting,’ and it’s insanely good. Watch it here!
G-Eazy‘s new song, “Drifting,” which features Chris Brown, 26, and Tory Lanez, 23, has been selected as the fourth single from G-Eazy’s new album, “When It’s Dark Out.” And the new video was just released on April 19, amidst the furor surrounding Chris’ impending documentary! Find out more below.
Clearly excited about the collaboration with Chris, G-Eazy took to Twitter and said, “#Drifting featuring @ChrisBrown and @ToryLanez. Watch the motion picture on @Vevo right now.” Chris also shared the love with his 16m followers, as he wrote, “
#DRIFTING video w/ @G_Eazy & @ToryLanez. Check it out on @Vevo.”
The cinematic music video is very much like a Hollywood movie trailer. Produced by Riveting Entertainment, the trio can be seen rapping and singing about broken relationships as scantily clad ladies lay in bed in revealing lingerie.
And Chris’ new music video isn’t the only thing he’s been promoting lately. A clip was released ahead of his upcoming documentary, Welcome To My Life, which includes a whole host of celebrities including, Usher, 37, Jamie Foxx, 48, Jennifer Lopez, 46, and Rita Ora, 25. His mother, Joyce Hawkins, also appears in the documentary and a surprisingly humble and apologetic Chris Brown. In the clip he says, “I felt like a f***ing monster. I was thinking about suicide and everything else.” His mother emotionally reveals, “That was the worst days of my life and probably of his life. It felt like I was gonna lose my child.”
G-Eazy’s been pretty busy these days too! The rapper made an appearance at everyone’s favorite festival as he rocked the Sahara stage at Coachella in Indio, California on April 15. He seems ready to take over the hip-hop world so it’s no wonder he wanted to collaborate with Chris!
