Khloe’s bronze smokey eye on the April 13 episode of ‘Kocktails With Khloe’ was so sexy and fun. Her makeup artist is spilling the exact how to below!
Khloe Kardashian, 31, rocked a sexy half up topknot and golden smokey eye for her talk show on April 13. We love when her glam squad spills the beans on her looks — and that’s exactly what makeup artist Joyce Bonelli did right here!
Khloe wrote on her app: “OBSESSED with this glam!!! I was pumped up about having my dream team Joyce Bonelli and Jen Atkin back in the “Kocktails” glam room. Their topknot + bronze smokey eye combo gave me major samurai vibes and I’m not mad about it. Here’s how to bang out this beauty look, step-by-step!”

Here is the look from Joyce!
“Moisturize & prime skin to prep your skin for even makeup application. Spray Diorskin Airflash Spray Foundation onto a kabuki brush and buff into face for full, even coverage.”
“Give your face definition by applying Benefit Cosmetics Hoola Matte Bronzer along the sides of the nose, along the forehead (near hairline) and hollows of your cheekbones. To highlight cheeks I used both Estée Lauder Double Wear Brush On Glow BB Pen, as well as Cocoa Brown Golden Goddess shimmering body oil. Apply with your finger on the high points of the face: cheekbones, center of nose, Cupid’s bow, and top of forehead and blend for an ethereal glow.”
“For flushed cheeks, use Kevyn Aucoin The Pure Powder Glow in Dolline, an apricot shade. Swirl the brush around the blush compact and tap off the excess. Run the brush flat up the cheek bone, starting from the apple of the cheek, to structure the face.”
“On Khloe’s eyes I used Lancome Color Design 5 Pan Eyeshadow Palette in Bronze Amour. Apply a neutral base color all over your eyelid. Highlight your brow bone with the lightest shadow. Use a mid-color shadow along the base of the lid, above the lash, into the crease, and at the outer corner. Then, with an angled brush, apply the darkest color at the very edge of lashes and at the outer corner of the eye. Use a soft brush and blend the three colors until the edges of each application are no longer defined.”
“I used MAC Liquid Liner in Boot Black to line and wing the top lash line. Define and lengthen lashes with Lancome Virtuose Divine Lasting Curves Mascara.”
“To make your look last and avoid creasing, set your makeup with YSL Souffle D’Eclat Finishing Veil.“
“Condition lips and apply MAC Satin Lipstick in Peachstock.”
