Awwww! Kate Middleton couldn’t look any happier as she feeds a baby rhino and elephant calf during her royal Indian tour at an animal sanctuary with Prince William! Check out the adorable pictures from their royal getaway!
Kate Middleton, 34, was beaming as she was seen feeding a baby rhino and elephant calf at Kaziranga National Park in India with Prince William, 33. The young animals, who are being nursed back to health after being injured or orphaned in the wild, were in lucky hands with the Duchess of Cambridge as she looked delighted to be able to play parents to them!
It seems the Duke and Duchess were welcomed into the community with open arms as a sign read, “Welcome the Hon’ble Prince & Princess of UK to World Heritage Place Kaziranga and Panbari Village Thanks.” Kate and William were ready to go with large bottles of milk as the couple fed the hungry animals in the sanctuary in the Kaziranga National Park, Assam. The couple also encountered water buffalos, endangered swamp deers, tigers and also one-horned rhinoceroses. Now that’s a royal safari!
Kate looked effortlessly stunning in her floral pink dress as she draped her brunette locks back into a sleek bun. The locals were clearly overjoyed to have royalty grace their park as several hundred villagers turned up to see the happy couple. Some were wearing traditional Indian robes, whilst others paid homage to the Duke and Duchess as they were dressed in western clothes.
Unfortunately, they had to leave behind their adorable children whilst they vacationed in India. But it seems the mother of two is desperately missing her children after four days already! Apparently Prince George, 2, was deemed ‘too naughty’ to attend the tour – he definitely takes after his cheeky Uncle, Prince Harry! She was also missing her newborn, Princess Charlotte, as the young girls dancing around the village reminded her of her 11-month-old.
