On tonight’s episode of ‘Jill & Jessa: Counting On’, the Duggar siblings continue working on their treehouse project while Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald take baby Spurgeon to St. Louis to visit Christian artist, Flame.
On the April 12 episode of Jill & Jessa: Counting On, Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard get a surprise visit in Central America from Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar. The Duggar kids also chip away at their treehouse, fulfilling a “childhood dream” while Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald take a family trip to St. Louis, Missouri!
The jam-packed episode starts off with Michelle and Jim Bob taking a trip to Central America to visit their daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. The couple made sure to surprise Jill, Derick, and Israel to make their visit even more spontaneous and fun. One-year-old Israel even got his first haircut while his grandparents were visiting — SO cute! Jill and Derrick made it clear that they miss home but hopefully they’ll be able to make a trip to the states over the summer.
Back in Arkansas, the Duggar kids continue their tree house saga with all the children pitching in to help get their creation built. And while Jessa loves the design her brothers have come up with, she definitely cannot keep her opinions to herself. “Are we putting lights inside — are we going to have electricity?” the 19 Kids and Counting alum asks her older brother, John-David. She later adds, “You’re putting a window unit in, but you’re not insulating?”
Uh-oh, hopefully this treehouse gets finished soon! With Jessa adding on all of these new features, it may take a LOT longer to complete than originally planned. But in the end, it’s the finished product that matters. “We’re fulfilling a childhood dream,” Jessa gushed. How sentimental is THAT?
And last but not least, Jess and Ben took baby Spurgeon on his second airplane flight ever as the little family visited St. Louis, Missouri. They went to catch up with their friend Flame who’s a Christian hip-hop artist. The fam dropped in on a recording session of Flame’s and Ben even got to try his hand at rapping in the recording booth! And while his rapping was a LITTLE rough we totally loved his effort!
What do you think, HollywoodLifers — will the Duggers finish their treehouse any time soon?
