Kylie Jenner, 18, graces the cover of Adweek’s, ‘The Milennial Issue,’ and she looks flawless. She flaunts her cleavage in a black caged, cutout bralette and rocks a silky blue, plunging wrap dress on top. We love the way Kylie looks on the cover and we’re obsessed with the spread, which was all about Kylie being an icon on social media and in the fashion world. What do you guys think of Kylie’s cover?
Wow, what an amazing article this was. The story first appeared in the April 11 issue, and it was all about Kylie being an icon and a role model through her social media and fashion influences. Not only does Kylie have a massive amount of followers on all social media platforms, her resume is quickly piling up with a ton of fashion brands. From her Kendall + Kylie collection for Nordstrom, to being brand ambassador for Puma — nothing can stop King Kylie.
The article features a bunch of interviews, but one that truly stood out was the quote from Adam Petrick, Puma global director of brand and marketing. He explained why they chose Kylie to be brand ambassador, “We wanted to find somebody who really captured the spirit of the consumers themselves, and we felt that Kylie, with her lifestyle and the way that she is—stylish, active, dynamic, creative, entrepreneurial, media-savvy—embodies a lot of the things we think our younger consumers aspire to. Kylie is a lens on the culture and a reflection of what is now, what is relevant at the moment.”
We are obsessed with Kylie and everything she does, so the fact that this Adweek cover was her 2nd cover in 1 day, just shows how influential she is!
