OMG. Jordan Spieth got mocked mercilessly on Twitter after a disastrous breakdown on the green at the 2016 Masters on April 10. Twitter erupted with hilarious memes after Jordan’s shocking loss.
Jordan Spieth, 22, better not look on Twitter for a few days. Twitter was unrelenting with mean (yet hilarious) tweets after Jordan blew a commanding lead in the final round of the Masters. From the Michael Jordan meme to the commentary on Jordan’s face during the green jacket ceremony, a sports star hasn’t been trolled this hard in a long time.
Jordan had a solid lead and was well on his way to becoming a Masters champion for two years in a row — until the 12th hole. That’s when the 22-year-old fell apart. After hitting the ball into the water and into the bunker, Jordan finally made the putt for a quadruple bogey-7.
Yikes. He just couldn’t come back from that, and Twitter didn’t make the loss easy for him. See the outrageous tweets below.

New Masters tradition idea: After Spieth puts the green jacket on Willett, Willett puts this one on Spieth pic.twitter.com/dwn7mtG8w6

Danny Willett, 28, became the new Masters champion. Jordan, the 2015 Masters champion, was forced to put the green jacket on Danny in the traditional Masters ceremony. It must have been so hard for him to do that, but he handled the loss gracefully. Other athletes should take note! Remember, Jordan is only 22! He’ll be back!
