This is so sad! Style expert and TV personality, Daisy Lewellyn, has died after losing her harrowing battle with a rare form of cancer. The star was only 36 years old and was known for her joyful spirit and positive attitude. There’s no question Daisy will be missed but not forgotten!
Daisy Lewellyn, one of the stars of the Bravo reality show, Blood, Sweat and Heels, has tragically passed away after suffering from an extremely rare form of cancer that infected her liver. At only 36 years old, the reality star was definitely taken too soon, and stars everywhere — from Wendy Williams, 51, to Andy Cohen, 47 are mourning Daisy’s devastating death.
“We are devastated to learn that Daisy Lewellyn from Bravo’s ‘Blood, Sweat & Heels’ has passed away this morning after a battle with a rare form of cancer,” Bravo said in a statement released on April 8. “Daisy passed on in peace and filled with joy, surrounded by her family and friends. We are all saddened to lose this wonderful woman. Our thoughts and deepest sympathy is expressed.”
Although Daisy was best known as a style expert and reality TV personality, she was also an author and an editor for magazines like Glamour, InStyle and Essence. And while she tried to keep her illness under the radar, she did reveal her tragic diagnosis in an interview with Madame Noir back in February 2015. “It was kind of shocking,” Daisy explained. “But also when I was diagnosed, I remember some of my immediate thoughts being like, ‘Well you know what? I’m not afraid to die.'” Wow, how brave!
Many of Daisy’s colleagues and friends have shared tearful messages in her honor:
I am just heartbroken about Daisy Lewellyn. What a wonderful spirit, force of life, & a great person. She lit up every room. Sad day.

“She was very well known and very well loved across many circles, but she was a Brooklyn girl through and through,” her costar Demetria Lucas D’Oyley revealed to PEOPLE magazine. “Everyone’s got a story, a picture a beautiful memory of her and they all say the same thing. She was such a bright light, a beautiful spirit, bubbly, positive.” Daisy sounded like an absolutely wonderful person and our thoughts go out to Daisy’s loved ones during this extremely difficult time.
