“I can tease that Mason isn’t dead,” Jeff told HollywoodLife.com. “Saving him will be a colossal effort and very important to Scott. Particularly, he is going to promise Liam that he won’t let his best friend die. Scott was able to save Stiles, and he believes beyond all doubt that they will be able to save Mason. We will see if he succeeds.”
Whoa. Scott has been doing everything he can to keep his pack together, and he knows Mason is a crucial part of the pack. Despite the shocker of Mason being the Beast, Scott’s not going to give up so easily. Let’s hope he can get Mason back in one piece!
The Dread Doctors and the Beast have been a major part of season 5B. Jeff reveals that the finale will try to wrap up the Dread Doctors’ storyline.
“We’re doing our best to wrap up all those stories,” Jeff continues. “You will get a bigger explanation about the Dread Doctors since The Surgeon has survived, although somewhat barely since the last episode.”
