Did that one guy look familiar? Believe it or not, Johnny Depp sort of, kind of appeared on ‘The Walking Dead’ in the most bizarre way possible. Click inside to SEE PICS!
Director Greg Nicotero, 52, just revealed a top secret appearance by one of Hollywood’s hottest actors on The Walking Dead, and we’re totally freaking out about it. Did YOU catch Johnny Depp, also 52, in the March 6 episode?
On one of the wildest episodes of The Walking Dead yet, Johnny Depp’s likeness was used to create one of three decapitated zombie heads. Gross!
“One of the other heads, I don’t know if I’m going to get in trouble if I say this, was Johnny Depp, director Greg Nicotero told EW after revealing that the head Rick (Andrew Lincoln) ultimately chooses to use on the show was made from his own cast. “I think we had sculpted an emaciated version of a dummy head for something and we used Johnny Depp’s head as a basis just for a clay sculpt.”
Whoa! How cool is that? In a way, Johnny totally appeared on the show without even knowing it.
Even though Greg refuses to confirm which severed head belonged to Johnny, we here at HollywoodLife.com think the one all the way to the right of the screen looks just like the Pirates Of The Caribbean star. It’s all about the eyes!
Unfortunately, that’s probably the last time we’ll get to see even just a little bit of Johnny on the series. After all, Rick and the group only needed to find a head for that one occasion, and the others got tossed away like soccer balls in a field. Gross!
