The ‘Fuller House’ Gods have answered your prayers. No, not the return of the Olsen twins (yet), but now there’s even more of a chance — Netflix just announced the show will get a second a season!
Less than a week after Fuller House aired its 13 episodes on Netflix, the network announced it’s return via Twitter, and this time, we have some needs/hopes for the return. Namely: more Stamos.
“Your list will get even fuller. Season 2. Coming soon to @Netflix. #FullerHouse 👍❤️🏠,” the official Twitter account for the show tweeted on March 1, with a cute video of the cast on a couch. So, what should we expect to see from next season?
Well, our sister site TVLine revealed that the EPs do have more storylines coming from Joey (Dave Couiler). “It didn’t make it into the script, but at one point, we had him with a wife and kids back in Vegas,” series creator Jeff Franklin told the site. “We’ll get to see something from Joey [and his family] hopefully in future seasons, should they come out.”
Well here’s a few things we’re hoping to hear this time around:
2. More John Stamos. Uncle Jesse didn’t get enough screen time and since we can assume the budget will be a little more this time around, hopefully the Elvis lover will get some more scenes.
3. Stephanie’s dating life. While we know (spoiler alert) she can’t have kids, it would be nice to see her fall in love and maybe adopt?
4. Gia. I know it’s a long shot but Steph’s bad ass turned “Girl Talk” singer (played by Marla Sokoloff was such a great part of the show and should totally be back.
5. Steve and DJ. Come on. It has to happen. You know it and I know it.
