Poor Ronda!! The UFC fighter revealed that she doesn’t think she is mentally stable for another round with Holly Holm after the loss made her suicidal. HollywoodLife.com has all the EXCLUSIVE details here.
Ronda Rousey, 29, is still having a rough time after her epic loss to fellow UFC fighter Holly Holm, 34, and doesn’t feel ready for their next match. HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE details about her struggle to build back her confidence. Read more below.
“As much as she wants to get her revenge on Holly she still isn’t ready mentally for that fight,” an insider shared EXCLUSIVELY with us. “She wanted it initially at UFC 200, but she wants to achieve other things before getting back in the octagon.” By Ronda getting back into the limelight and on Sports Illustrated in particular, it has all been a big test for her mentally.
“Ronda is trying to get her confidence back and her appearances and boyfriend are helping her out immensely,” the insider continued to share. “She wants to film more movies and do a few more media related things to get into the good graces of people and her fans again and then she’ll worry about the fight.” Ronda did a great job on Saturday Night Live, so we can’t wait to see her acting more!
Ronda admitted to Ellen Degeneres, 58, on her show that the defeat against Holly had her contemplate suicide. That was so sad to hear! But we are glad to find out that her boyfriend Travis Browne, 33, is being there for her during this difficult time she’s rebuilding herself. Maybe now that his divorce is settled, he will propose to Ronda soon! That will definitely help lift her spirits!
“Ronda wants to be in a place where nothing distracts her and she wants to be as ready as possible,” the source concluded. “She is getting all her ducks in a row, taking things a little slower and thinking things through since she knows this is her last chance.” Good for her for taking things day by day. That is a great work ethic done by a champion! We cannot wait for the rematch between Holly and Ronda!
