Nicole Miller debuted her Fall 2016 collection during NYFW on Feb. 15, and it was to-die-for. Nicole always manages to excite us with bold prints and bright colors, but this collection was edgier than usual and we loved it!
The Nicole Miller Fall 2016 show could not have come at a more perfect time. The show was held at Skylight Clarkson Sq during NYFW on Feb. 12, and the weather was below freezing. Strutting down the runway, were gorgeous models in all different types of winter outerwear and accessories — it was amazing. The hashtag for the show was actually #nmGoNorth, which could not be more fitting. The collection, as always, was so fun, bright, and full of colors. Nicole’s collections are always so unique because they’re feminine and put together, but also have such a cool, edgy twist. That is exactly why we couldn’t help but think of Kristen Stewart, 25, and Zoe Kravitz, 27, in some of these gorgeous looks. What did you guys think of the new collection?
There were six themes throughout the entire show: “Frost & Folklore, Deep Freeze, Shield Maiden, Snowdaze, Folk Fiction, and Ice Queen.” Each look sent down the runway was better than the next. It started out with a bang — all different colors, prints and patterns blazed down the runway, from jackets to pants to dresses.
There was a ton of layering, especially when it came to the snowflake patterned coats lined with fur combined with jacquard pieces and topped off with fur hats.
We are completely in love with the latest collection from Nicole — she always keeps us on our toes! What did you guys think of the Fall 2016 show?
