Awww! Louis Tomlinson is making sure his newborn son Freddie has the most stylin’ nursery ever, and you’ve got to see some of the adorable furniture he’s picked out for his only child. He spared no expense for the little one so of course the room was bound to look great!
Lucky little Freddie! New daddy Louis Tomlinson, 24, is making sure his baby boy has the absolute coolest nursery that any baby could ever have, and the One Direction singer even helped pick out all the things for Freddie’s first surroundings. Read on for what the theme of the nursery, and what animal is the most important part of it!
Louis and Freddie’s mom Briana Jungwirth, 23, took a pre-birth shopping trip to the super luxe baby boutique Petit Tresor back in Nov. 2015 to prep for Freddie’s arrival, dropping over $5,000 for nursery items according to E! News. “Their selections were quite European and sophisticated in taste,” the insider told the network, saying that they bought “adorable blue baby layette items and a plethora of necessities and fun items.”
Apparently the nursery already has a theme and it’s lions everywhere! “They picked out lots of items with lions on. They bought lion toys, a lion blanket, a lion onesie and a very cute lion hooded towel,” another source added, with speculation that, “It might be because the lion symbol is associated with Great Britain and the English soccer team. Perhaps they’re making sure their baby knows about his British roots.” Get 1D’s Made In The A.M. by clicking right here.
They supposedly dropped almost $3,000 on a crib, a diaper bag worth almost $800, a cute little $119 red mini piano to help Freddie get an early start on music lessons and an adorable $89 stuffed penguin. “Louis was happy for Briana to have whatever she wanted and they seemed to enjoy picking out the items together,” the source added. “He paid for everyone on his credit card and the bill came to just over $5,000. It’s not every day you get someone spending that much in a baby boutique.” So true, but then again Louis definitely has the bank to drop as much as he wants on his precious little boy!
