Oh no, if there’s one man you shouldn’t be disappointing it’s the President of the United States. Stephen Curry and his Golden State Warriors were honored at the White House on Feb. 4, but there was one person who Barack Obama greatly missed — Riley Curry. Click to watch!
Stephen, 27, and Ayesha Curry‘s superstar daughter Riley, 3, has stolen the hearts of pretty much everyone in the country — and that includes President Barack Obama. The POTUS honored the 2015 champion Golden State Warriors at the White House on Feb. 4, but sadly, the tiny media giant wasn’t able to attend.
Riley is so A-list, that even President Obama can’t get an interview with her! Sorry Steph, even your 51 points against the Wizards on Feb. 3 doesn’t stand a chance against the power your own daughter has with the press! During the POTUS’ big speech honoring the teams big championship win in 2015, he made it VERY clear he was thoroughly disappointed with Stephen. He told the crowd, “I was hoping that Riley Curry would be here today to share the podium with me.” He went on to joke, “I guess I’ll have to get media training some other day.” You and us both, President Obama.
So funny. Not only does Riley overshadow her MVP dad at post-game press conferences, but now with the President of the United States! That’s super huge — Sorry Kanye West, not even you could compete with Riley!
