While so many stars dressed to impress at the 2016 Screen Actors Guild Awards in LA on Jan. 30, unfortunately not everyone rocked a winning red carpet look. While we’re all for taking risks on the red carpet, sometimes they don’t always work out the way the celeb set would like them to — and that brings us to our SAG Awards worst dressed list!
The most outrageous look of the night definitely belonged to Lori Petty, who rocked a pink outfit that looked more like a costume than a red carpet ensemble. While we love the idea of trousers on the red carpet, there was nothing we liked about this look.
Transparent star Gaby Hoffman rocked a frock that featured two-tone sequins — but as she brushed against the dress it created a two-toned look that didn’t photograph well. Oh no! While we’re all about a twofer, this look wasn’t our favorite — but we appreciate the way she tried to make a bold statement, even if it appeared a little sloppy on the red carpet.
While we love when fashion meets function, we weren’t completely on board with Carol Burnett‘s choice of footwear. When we first saw her she complimented her ensemble with black pumps, but then she quickly pulled a shoe swap and traded her heels for slippers on the red carpet! It looked like she ran out of the house in a hurry. Not your typical red carpet ensemble, that’s for sure!
Although we can’t get enough of Sarah Paulson in American Horror Story we didn’t feel the same about her feathered frock. The colorful top was kinda cool, but it’s definitely one of the more questionable looks of the night.
