Look closely. It’s subtle, but you could make the argument that Kim looks a little less like herself. it’s not a major difference, but it’s all in the nose and eyes (compare HERE). Her nose appears to be shaped a tiny bit differently, and her eyes seem to be a little less almond shaped. However, keep in mind that this could be the work of a change in makeup, or the fact that this pic was posted around 1:00am PST. Girl could just be tired! Don’t jump to nose job automatically!
It’s also possible that this is a case of weird lighting. Kourtney is standing in a sort of spotlight, while Kim is set back in a shadow. And you know what some Instagram filters do to change appearance. Don’t lie; you’ve totally done it! We’re just not really seeing a significant difference here! But some commenters on Instagram totally disagree. Their passionate responses to the photo go at Kim hard for the work they’re presuming she had done!
“Has Kim had a nose job?” one commenter speculated. “Kim 100% got a nose job 😁,” another agreed. “Jesus! Kim gone overboard on the fillers?? Why is it kardashians think their faces should move????,” someone else wrote. “What happened to kim? @kourtneykardash.” The list goes on!
Kim’s fans were baffled by the picture and kept rotating between expressing concern for her, and straight up insulting her. Interestingly, some said that she looked just like Joyce Bonelli, the Kardashians’ makeup artist. She really does! And you know what? If she did get work done, more power to her. Her body, her decision!
