Kim is going with the Atkins 40 Diet, she revealed on Twitter Jan. 19. “Teaming up w/
@AtkinsInsider because it works for me! So much variety on #Atkins40 and Harvest Trail Bars = YUM,” she wrote, while also attaching a link to an overview of the diet.

As HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY learned, Kim wants to lose the weight “as fast as humanly possible.”
“Kim has huge goals this time. She’s even more motivated than she was after she had North [West]. As soon as she gets the all clear from her doctor to work out, she’s going to have her trainer coming to the house 5 days a week. And on days when she isn’t working with her trainer she’ll still be doing cardio,” a source previously told us.
Now that we know Kim’s not only going to be working out diligently, but following a great diet plan, we have no doubt she’ll lose the extra weight quickly!
