Celebrity hairstylist John D. created Emmy’s classic ponytail, giving it a bit of edge by wrapping a silver cord over the elastic and down several inches of the ponytail. To recreate the look for your own Valentine’s Day date, start by applying Tresemmé Thermal Creations Heat Tamer Spray through dry hair.
Flat iron your hair smooth, then use a comb to create a deep side part. Brush your hair into a low ponytail at the nape of your neck and secure with an elastic. To copy Emmy’s look exactly, wrap a silver cord or ribbon around the top of the pony — or use a ribbon of any color that matches your Valentine’s Day outfit. Use a fine-toothed comb to smooth out any flyaways and set with Tresemmé Tres Two Extra Hold Hairspray.

For her girly makeup look, Jo Baker concentrated on radiant skin with soft eye and lip makeup. To get the look, Jo applied Rimmel London ScandalEyes Eyeshadow Stick in Trespassing Taupe, smudging it across her lids as the base to her eye makeup. Along her lashline, Jo applied Rimmel London Exaggerate Smoke N’ Shine Eyeliner in Little Black Smokey, smudging it in with a small brush for a hazy effect. On her water line, she applied Rimmel London ScandalEyes Eyeshadow Stick in Bad Bronze to add warmth to the look.
To finish her eye makeup, Jo applied several coats of black mascara on her lashes, and dotted white eyeliner on the inner corners of her eyes to give them a wide-awake effect. For Emmy’s shimmery pale pink lip, Jo simply applied two coats of Rimmel London Provocalips in Pucker Up.
