Regina King was definitely the star of the red carpet at the 73rd annual Golden Globe Awards on Jan. 10. The actress rocked a gold sequin gown with a flowy cape attached and we are not quite sure how we feel about it. What do you guys think of her look — do you love it or loathe it? VOTE.
Regina King, 44, attended the 73rd annual Golden Globe Awards on Jan. 10 in Beverly Hills, in a very show-stopping look. The American Crime star opted for a gold gown with a sexy slit in the front showing off her toned legs, but it was the long flowy cape attached to the dress that stole the show. We can’t decide if we think this look is totally cool, or a bit too much. What do you think? VOTE.
Regina donned a sleeveless Krikor Jabotian dress and the dress alone was stunning. It was made up of all metallic hues, gold, silver, and bronze, and giant sequins gave the dress a cool, shiny look. The slit in the front of the dress wasn’t super plunging, but it was sexy enough to show off her toned and fabulous legs. She paired the frock with white cutout Rene Caovilla shoes, gigantic diamond Coomi earrings and an Alan Friedman ring.
The main attraction of this entire ensemble was the white chiffon cape attached to the gown. The cape was super flowy and long and it looked a bit out of place. The dress was sexy enough as it was, and the cape just added unnecessary drama to the ensemble. While we are all about the glitz and the glam and spicing up any outfit, this cape just didn’t pull it’s weight with us.
What did you guys think of Regina’s dress — did you like her cape or was it too much? VOTE.
