Every year, a young starlet in Hollywood is named Miss Golden Globe. From Dakota Johnson to Rumer Willis, some of our favorite celebrities have graced the stage as Miss Golden Globe at the ceremony. Before Corinne Foxx takes over, let’s remember the past Miss Golden Globes!
Greer is the daughter of Kelsey Grammer and Barrie Buckner. HollywoodLife.com talked to Greer EXCLUSIVELY before the Golden Globes, and she spilled the advice she gave to Corinne before the ceremony!
“The main thing I said was to not drink too much water because you don’t get a break. There’s no bathroom break for you as Miss Golden Globe,” she told us. “The three hours that you’re on stage, like you’re there. I told her to practice walking in her shoes a lot because your feet really hurt, so to make sure you’re wearing comfortable shoes and to practice and make sure they’re broken in, because you’re going to be walking a ton.”
Sosie is the daughter of Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick. The actress was Miss Golden Globe in 2014!

After Lorraine served as Miss Golden Globe in 2007, there was not another Miss Golden Globe until 2009. The traditional ceremony did not take place in 2008 because of the WGA strike.
Dakota is the daughter of Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith, was the 1975 Miss Golden Globe. The 2006 Miss Golden Globe. Dakota has gone on to have a wildly success career — she’s the star of 50 Shades of Grey!
