Kourtney Kardashian got very deep with her fans on her app Jan. 4 right after it was revealed that Scott Disick is dating model Lina Sandberg and admitted that 2015 was ‘crazy’ but that she has found something that really helps her deal with her anxiety.
Kourtney Kardashian, 36, wants her fans to know that life was not easy for her in 2015 dealing with Scott Disick‘s cheating and the aftermath. The mother-of-three admits on her app that when she gave birth to Reign Disick she had no idea that she would be “going through a breakup and just an overall crazy year.” She says that everyone deals with things different but that her anxiety got way worse after her problems with Scott hit rock bottom.
The reality star says that throwing herself into fitness has helped her with her breakup tremendously. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star revealed that she works out at least five days a week, especially in the mornings. “When I was pregnant with Reign [Disick], I knew that I was going to go hard at working out afterwards. I couldn’t wait to feel strong and in shape again,” she said. “I didn’t know that I would be going through a breakup and just an overall crazy year. Everyone deals with hard times in their lives differently. I’m generally not a nervous person but I get anxious.” She went on to say: “I try to exercise 5 days a week. My anxiety is always worse in the mornings so that’s when I schedule my workouts. I usually start with a quick run or jumping rope to warm up. I have to do something fast to really kill [my anxiety].”
Kourtney took to her app right after the news of Scott dating model Lina Sandberg broke in People Magazine. “People are very quick to judge others by appearance but you truly don’t know what someone’s motivation is or what is going on inside them,” Kourt also said. “For me, exercise is as much about my body as it is about calming my mind.”
