The episode picks up with the four girls and their children facing a whole new set of problems. She and Tyler Baltierra are finally tying the knot, but there are a few bumps in the road.
It was back-to-back episodes tonight on TMOG and it was full of amazing drama.
Maci Is Ditched Yet Again By Ryan
You have to hand it to Maci, she has a lot of patience. On tonight’s episodes, Maci tries to get Ryan to run a mud race with her and a few friends. She truly wants to better their relationship for the sake of their son, Bentley. At first Ryan was all in and even wakes up on time for the event. Then when the race actually gets underway, you see that he is nowhere in sight. Frustrated, Maci runs it without him and chalks it up to yet another lost cause. Later in the second episode, Maci reveals that she doesn’t think it’s right for her to bring Bentley over to Ryan’s parents house every single weekend anymore. She feels he doesn’t seem to care enough, so why should she keep the relationship going. This also comes on the heels of Ryan not even showing up for Bentley’s first day of school because he felt it was just another day… another year and doesn’t need to watch him walk from the car into the building. Typical Ryan.
Amber Wants 50/50 Custody Of Daughter Leah
Amber has made big changes since getting out of prison and she’s ready to have Leah come stay with her more. On tonight’s episodes, when Gary comes to drop off their daughter Leah, she refuses to stay with Amber. This leaves a bad taste in Amber’s mouth who already has started the process to get joint custody of Leah. Later, Leah explains to her father that Amber lays in bed all day, doesn’t leave the house and pretty much isn’t very fun to be around. She also claims that Amber’s fiancé Matt Baier is the one who does everything — not her mom. Yet, when Amber asks Leah why she doesn’t want to spend time with her, the young girl claims it’s because she doesn’t get to see her daddy much. Wait, what? Leah is now saying that Gary wasn’t around much on their family vacation to Disney and that Kristina was the one taking her places. Either this kid is confused or she’s one smart cookie. Amber isn’t aware of the things Leah is telling her dad, so she comes to the conclusion that Gary could possibly be talking bad about her to their daughter. “Something’s going on. I hope he’s not saying s— to her. I think he’s getting scared because I said that s— about custody,” she tells Matt later on in the episode. “If I ever find out he’s saying s— to her, it’s on.”
Farrah Explodes On Mom & Ex Simon
What kind of season premiere would it be if Farrah didn’t have at least one meltdown? Well, tonight she had two and both were massive blowouts with their two people that care about her most. The first ordeal went down between her and Simon. The pair had been broken up, but Simon wasn’t quite ready to let her go. He decided to ask Farrah to meet up with him to discuss their relationship. It didn’t go smoothly. It lasted barely 10 minutes, and Simon spoke all of five words the entire time — okay, I may have exaggerated a bit… he spoke 20. Anyway, Farrah gets extremely frustrated and vows to never deal with Simon again. Well, it doesn’t last long, because later in the episode she arrives at her hotel room to a boatload of roses. The gesture was so sweet, she decides to meet Simon for dinner. The pair sit down for a quiet meal to discuss the mounting issues in their relationship and boy does it get nasty. Simon starts the convo but trying to tell Farrah that they both need to “understand each other more.” This unleashes a demon within her and she cuts him off and shouts back, “Wow! F***ing open up your ears and understand and listen to what I’m saying! You ignore people’s feelings… then you want to move forward.” Simon tries to continue the conversation in a pleasant manner but winds up digging himself deeper into a hole with her. Farrah interrupts him again and again until he finally says, “I’m trying to explain something to you, but you come out with a hostile answer, and you just don’t listen. You don’t let me finish.” Wrong move, Simon. Farrah shot right back to him and says, “I’m sorry for interrupting, bitch. Go ahead and finish.” Needless to say this convo ended with Simon throwing his hands up in the air and Farrah taking her meal to go.
During the second episode, Farrah’s poor mom got the brunt of her anger issues. Farrah flew up to Seattle with her daughter Sophia to visit with Debra and to ask her if she would like to take on the responsibility of being Soph’s guardian while she was away in the UK for the month to film. Obviously Deb is delighted, but before she could even get too amped, Farrah knocks her down a few notches. She firmly tells her mom that while taking care of Sophia she better understand “her rules” — or else! “So you know, here are rules to my house, you know, cause sometimes you like to put the laundry in there with two things and waste soap,” Farrah tells her mom. “Sometimes you don’t understand how we wash, we clean.” Her mom tells her not to worry and adds, “If I need to wash something, I’ll buy the soap. It doesn’t matter to me.” Ouch, but it didn’t stop there. She continues to lash out to the point where Debra actually started crying. “You know how serious it is to me that I let you stay at my house and watch my daughter when I’m gone for a month? It’s so serious that I think of it as if I pass away and I need somebody to watch my daughter for 18 years to get her through life and make her successful that you would do that, and you’d better listen.” Well, Farrah isn’t winning daughter of the year any time soon. Maybe her anger stemmed from earlier in the show when Debra tried to set up Farrah on a blind date with a nice guy who enjoys boating. She made it very clear she wasn’t interested and she was far beyond out of his league.
Catelynn & Tyler Prep For The Big Day
Butch is back, baby. Yes, Tyler’s dad is finally out of prison after being away for four long years. The first episode was full of emotion. Tyler is beyond happy to have his dad out just in time to attend the wedding, but he is also afraid he dad hasn’t changed his ways. He is allowing Butch to stay with him and Cate in their home, but he’s afraid to have him attend his bachelor party. He doesn’t want to trigger his dad, if he decides to get drunk. Butch vowed to stay sober and to prove to Tyler that he has changed and will continue to live a clean life. Later in the second episode, Cate and Tyler start to discuss their bachelor/ bachelorette parties. She was under the impression they would do it together, but Tyler insists they have separate ones so they could enjoy some strippers. Cate’s afraid he is going to get blackout drunk and do something stupid if they aren’t together. Tyler tries to assure her that his friends will keep an eye on him and nothing will go wrong. He also tells his future wife that he wants her to enjoy her own night with male strippers. “I want you to get d**ks in your face… just do it.” He on the other hand is all about getting “ass and titties” on his big night. In the end, Catelynn agrees that they both should have separate parties and come together at the end. We just hope those MTV cameras were rolling then!
