Charlie Puth had his total breakout year in 2015, so what better way to cap it off than to sing his latest single at the Disney Parks Unforgettable Christmas Celebration on Christmas morning? He’s definitely got another hit on his hands with ‘One Call Away.’
2015 was a very good year for Charlie Puth, 24, who sang on two major hit singles. Now he’s showcasing a song of his own that we hope brings him even greater success. The New Jersey native rolled out “One Call Away” at the 32nd annual Disney Parks Unforgettable Christmas Celebration, and not only did he thrill the crowd with new music, he also got in a Christmas classic to help pour on the holiday cheer!
Charlie really shined in with bringing home the Christmas cheer with “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” as well as his own single “One Call Away. ” He took to a giant white grand piano for the amazing performances which made for perfect holiday viewing. We’re so happy for all of the success he’s had during 2015 and hope the new year brings him even greater things.
Charlie had an award-winning hit over the summer of 2015 when he was featured with Wiz Khalifa for The Fast & The Furious 7′s sentimental ode to the late Paul Walker, “See You Again” which was his breakthrough moment.
Who can forget Charlie’s epic kiss with Meghan Trainor during the AMAs in Nov?g.? Charlie appeared alongside Meghan for a performance of their duet, “Marvin Gaye.” From there, things definitely got heated, though in their video Meghan and Charlie are about to kiss at the end of the “Marvin Gaye” music video, at the award show performance they went into a full on make-out session was long, hot and far more passionate.
He then recorded a duet with hotter than hot Selena Gomez called “We Don’t Talk Anymore,” which they teased on Dec. 9. We can’t wait for the video to drop! He just topped things off Dec. 20 at the Miss Universe competition by making us swoon with a medley of his hits “Marvin Gaye,” “One Call Away,” and “Some Type of Love.” And now he gets to perform at the Disney Christmas Parade.
