Khloe Kardashian, 31, has always been the most vocal member of her famous family when it comes to working out and struggling to stay fit. And on her site, Khloe answered fans’ questions about getting a fit body and keeping it that way, even if you don’t have a gym membership.

Khloe shared a clip of her Q&A to her Instagram, answering one fan who asked what her favorite booty workout is: “The stairs are everything for your lower body. You’re sweating, it’s a great cardio workout. I like to do the stairs at the gym where the stairs are rotating.”
But Khloe said if you can’t get to the gym, there’s no excuse: “If you literally run up and down your stairs like 20 times, trust me, you’re going to be panting like a dog. If worst comes to worst, just do some squats. Squats are always wonderful for your butt.”

Khloe also shared that it’s important to stay motivated and follow through, revealing that she sometimes gets up at 4:45 A.M. to make time for the gym: “You have to make sacrifices for the things you love to do, and you have to prioritize. Working out for me, if I don’t go in the morning, I’m probably not going to go in the evening. So I wake up and I go and I get it done.”
And while part of Khloe’s fitness success undoubtedly comes from a healthy diet, she shared on her site that she does indulge during the holidays — she just tries to be disciplined about it: “I eat what I want and I enjoy the holiday. I don’t want to feel like I can’t eat a cookie if I want a cookie! Making sure it’s just one cookie, though, keeps me from feeling guilty about it.”
