Combine in a cocktail shaker:
1 ½ oz Gin
½ oz Simple Syrah
½ oz Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
Top with Secco Chardonnay Brut from Charles Smith Wines and garnish with a gracious lemon twist.
White Chocolate Christmas
Overview: A riff on a Puerto Rican holiday classic, Coquito. Made with Cruzan Black Strap Rum, sweetened condensed milk, and fresh mint. The additional notes of coconut make an ideal pairing for rum.
5 oz Hot Teavana White Chocolate Peppermint Rooibos Strong Tea Blend
Made using 1 tablespoon of Peppermint Roobios Tea and 5 ounces water
Heat for 5 minutes
¼ oz Green Chartreuse
1 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 ½ oz Cruzan Black Strap Rum
Clos du Bois Holiday Punch
3 bottles of Clos du Bois California Cabernet Sauvignon
½ liter French elderflower liqueur
¼ liter freshly squeezed lime juice
½ liter white cranberry juice
Directions: Combine all liquid ingredients into a punch bowl. Pour over ice and garnish each cup with rosemary sprig, if desired.
Cruzan® Mistletoe Kiss
1 1/2 parts Cruzan® Estate Diamond® Light Rum
1/2 part Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 part Cream Sherry
1/2 part Blackberry Liqueur
2 parts Soda Water
Method: Combine ingredients and chill in a refrigerator 1 hour prior to serving. Pour over ice in rocks/punch glass to serve. Garnish with an orange wheel. (recipe serves one)
Basil Hayden’s® Spiced Christmas Punch (Serves 16)

1 bottle Basil Hayden’s® Bourbon
6 parts Sweet Vermouth
6 parts Black Tea
12 parts Fresh Apple Juice or Apple Cider
8 parts Fresh Lemon Juice
4 parts Demerara Simple Syrup
½ part Angostura® Bitters
24 parts Club Soda
6 Ice Blocks* (see recipe below)
1 Cinnamon Stick (for garnish)
12 Apple Slices (for garnish)
1 piece of Nutmeg (for garnish)
Method: Add Basil Hayden’s® Bourbon, sweet vermouth, black tea, apple juice, lemon juice, Demerara syrup and Angostura® Bitters in punch bowl and stir. Top with club soda. Carefully place the 6 pre-made ice blocks into the punch bowl and garnish with apple slices and freshly-grated cinnamon and nutmeg.
24 parts Water
12 Apple Slices
6 Cinnamon Sticks
Method: Prepare ice blocks by filling 6, 4-ounce square plastic containers with water, two apple slices and one cinnamon stick each, and place in the freezer.
Cruzan® Midnight Sparkler
1 part Cruzan® Estate Diamond® Light Rum
1/4 part Simple Syrup
3 dashes Plum Bitters
4 1/2 parts Sparkling Wine
Method: Combine Cruzan® Rum, simple syrup and bitters in a mixing glass over ice and stir for 10 seconds. Strain into a flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a plum
Smirnoff Peppermint Martini
1.25 oz Smirnoff Peppermint Twist
0.5 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a mini candy cane.
Smirnoff Peppermint Hot Chocolate
1.5 oz Smirnoff Peppermint Twist
6 oz hot chocolate
Pour shot of Smirnoff Peppermint Twist into hot chocolate. Garnish with whipped cream and a peppermint stick
Poinsettia 113 calories per serving
1 oz. Zevia Lemon Lime Twist
1 oz. vodka
2 oz. cranberry juice with ice
1 oz. of sparking wine or champagne
Shake vodka and cranberry juice with ice, strain into chilled martini glasses and add Zevia Lemon Lime Twist, top with sparking wine or champagne and garnish with raspberries.
Holiday Crush 149 calories per serving
2 oz. Zevia Grapefruit Citrus
1.5 oz. vodka
.5 oz. St Germain Elderflower liqueur
3 bar spoons of pomegranate seeds
Muddle pomegranate seeds and grapefruit with the elderflower liqueur, add vodka and Zevia Grapefruit Citrus, top with crushed ice and churn.
Shimmer All the Way
Glassware: Flute glass
1/2 oz. Viniq® Ruby Shimmery Liqueur
1/4 oz. pomegranate juice
Fill up with Barefoot Bubbly ® Cuvée
Rim glass with agave and lightly sprinkle on edible shimmer flakes (edible shimmer flakes available in baking aisle)
Place 2 pomegranate infused ice cubes in glass
In a 1 inch rubber ice molding place 6 pomegranate seeds and fill up with purified water
Allow to set for 4 hours
Build ingredients in glass over ice and stop just below the shimmer flakes
Garnish: Sprinkle powdered sugar on a stem of rosemary and place 3-4 pomegranate seeds on top (may use agave or corn syrup to hold seeds in place)
