He lit the stage on fire at the AMAs and now The Weeknd has taken down ‘The Voice.’ The singer took over the season nine finale on Dec. 15, and totally rocked out singing three of his biggest songs.

“The Hills,” “Earned It” and “I Can’t Feel My Face” are three songs we already can’t get out of our heads, and after The Weeknd‘s performance on The Voice, they’re never leaving. The singer, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, sleighed us all on Dec. 15 with an epic medley!

He started with a slow version of “The Hills,” which we have to say was hot, hot, hot — yes there were flames in the background. After self-editing himself for the chorus, he then went into his love ballad “Earned It,” which we fell in love with in Fifty Shades of Grey. The lighting was perfect — black and blue and romantic. He closed out with “I Can’t Feel My Face,” his most fun and upbeat song. Stream music, completely unlimited and ad-free, RIGHT HERE

We can all agree this has been a HUGE year for The Weeknd, who just released his latest music video for “In the Night” featuring his girlfriend, Bella Hadid! He recently performed on Saturday Night Live and took on some stunning models (like his GF’s big sister) well as singing at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show!

He also won the American Music Award for Favorite Soul/R&B Album for Beauty Behind The MadnessHear The Weeknd’s album Beauty Behind the Madness here.

Of course, we loved watching him perform but the whole night was spent waiting to find out who was named The Voice winner this season: it all came down to Blake Shelton‘s team members, Emily Ann Roberts and Barrett BaberGwen Stefani‘s finalist Jeffery Austin and Adam Levine‘s singer, Jordan Smith!
