It’s finally here — the first full trailer for ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ has arrived, and it’s just as entertaining as everyone expected. Click to WATCH!

Your favorites are back — and some for one final time. Jennifer Lawrence‘s Mystique, James McAvoy‘s Professor X and Michael Fassbender‘s Magneto are just a few of the classics that are back in the new X-Men: Apocalypse trailer that dropped on Dec. 11. However, we did finally see some new faces, including Apocalypse himself, played by Oscar Isaac.

Young Jean Grey (Sophie Turner) wakes up terrified, saying she saw the end of the world and could “feel all this death.” The ancient mutant Apocalypse has been awakened, and he’s hellbent on destruction, all in the name of a new world order. Apocalypse is no joke — he can control all the mutants. The X-Men must band together to save their kind and the rest of the world.

The trailer for the latest installment of X-Men wasn’t supposed to premiere until Star Wars hit theaters Dec. 18 but we got it early — and we’re so excited. Also back for this film is Nicholas Hoult as Beast, Evan Peters as Quicksilver, Lucas Till as Havok, Rose Byrne as Moira MacTaggert, and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. The newcomers include Tye Sheridan as Cyclops, Alexandra Shipp as Storm, Kodi Smit-McPhee as Nightcrawler, Lana Condor as Jubilee, Ben Hardy as Angel, and Olivia Munn as Psylocke.

Here’s the official description of the film:

“Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshiped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto, to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven with the help of Professor X must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.”

X-Men: Apocalypse is set to hit theaters on May 27, 2016. Did you love the trailer? Let us know!
