Khloe Kardashian Vows To Spend Christmas With Lamar Odom, Even If He’s In The Hospital

Khloe Kardashian just refuses to turn her back on Lamar Odom! Though caring for him has ‘taken its toll’ on her both ‘physically and emotionally,’ Khloe is vowing to spend the holiday with her still-sick husband — whether he’s stuck in the hospital or not!

Having spent the last couple of months fighting for his life in a hospital bed, it’s safe to assume that Lamar Odom, 35, is looking for a little extra cheer this holiday season. Luckily, that’s exactly what Khloe Kardashian, 31, has planned for him! Despite being “exhausted” both “emotionally and physically,” the reality star is vowing to spend December 25 with her bed-stricken husband, even if that means spending it inside his hospital room.

“On Dec. 25, Khloe will be where she’s held vigil since October: at Lamar Odom’s bedside,” Life & Style magazine reports in the new Dec. 21 issue. Though making considerable gains in his recovery, Lamar still “has permanent brain damage,” and is currently “learning to walk and talk again,” a source told the magazine. Khloe has been by his side every since his near fatal drug overdose, and remains determined to support her husband no matter what — even if that means risking her own health!

As you might recall, Khloe was forced to cancel a portion of her book tour back in November after contracting a serious staph infection from the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where Lamar has been staying. After suffering from a high-fever, swollen glands and a painful lesion on her leg, Khloe was eventually taken to the hospital and later quarantined for days. “Khloe is exhausted,” an insider told Life & Style. “Emotionally and physically.”

Unfortunately, this holiday season doesn’t look like it’s going to be any more relaxing for Khloe. Should Lamar be healthy enough to leave his hospital room, Khloe is planning to do something extra special for him. “Khloe has brought up the idea to watch James [Harden], 28, play on Christmas and bring Lamar with her if he is healthy enough to travel to Texas,” a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She wants Lamar to be around the game and have some fun; he needs it. But in the chance that he is not able to take that much of travel, she would love to go to the Los Angeles Lakers game, and then hang out with James during New Year’s Eve after his game that night because he has the following day off.”

That’s definitely not your average Christmas Day celebration! Instead of spending a quiet day in with Lamar, she’s trying to make this a Christmas to remember. We just hope that Khloe takes the time to take care of herself and enjoy the festivities. She definitely deserves it!
