We all want to put our best face (and hair) forward, but with busy schedules and the absence of pro stylists it can be challenging. That’s where the new at-home beauty services come in — bringing blowouts and bold lips right to your door!
At-home beauty services are the new way to prep yourself for major events, minus the stress. Whether you want sleek strands and an on-trend lip like Bella Thorne, or you want to keep it classic with loose curls and a red lip like Victoria Justice, these services bring the makeup artists and hairstylists to you. Keep reading for the lowdown on five of our favorite on-demand beauty services.
GlamSquad: This was one of the very first at-home services to let you book an appointment on your iPhone or their site, allowing you to choose from blowouts and braids to makeup and manicures. Currently serving New York, LA and Miami, GlamSquad even lets you book an appointment with up to two friends for even more fun.
Blushington: This on-demand option will either come to you for parties and weddings, or let you book an appointment at one of their glam beauty lounges. Specializing in makeup, lash extensions and waxing, Blushington offers six on-trend makeup looks for you to pick from — plus, at just $45 for a full makeup application, it’s also affordable. They also use (and sell) some of our indie favorites like Eve Lom, Stila, Becca and Kevyn Aucoin.
At-Home Beauty Services — Red Carpet-Ready Hair & Makeup At Your Door
Priv: No matter what beauty service you’re after, Priv has it. Download their app and choose from the typical blowouts, makeup and manicure, to the more obscure (but totally genius!) spray tans, massages and yoga.
Drybar: You’ve probably heard of their uber-popular blowout bars, which now have 43 locations in the US. Now they’re bringing their signature blowouts like the Mai-Tai and the Manhattan right to your door by app and phone.
BeGlammed: This beauty app specializes in everything from classic bridal updos and glowing skin to glam red carpet bombshell waves and right-on-trend makeup.
