Just like Chad Radwell, we just want to look at Hester one last time as she walks away, but we also want to see her return in Season 2. So is Lea Michele, who turned out to be the final killer in the Dec. 8 season finale, destined for a return to the Fox series? Find out what she had to say!
The Dec. 8 season finale of Scream Queens ended in such an insane way, and that’s because Hester (Lea Michele), who was revealed as the final killer, actually got away with everything. So does that mean she’ll return in Season 2, if Fox ends up renewing the hilarious new series? We’ve got the scoop!
If the show gets renewed, fans can count on seeing both Lea and Emma Roberts again, as they both want to return.
“I’ve talked to [creator] Ryan [Murphy] about what [Hester’s] role would be in the next season being that she was the killer this year and the fact is that she gets away with it,” Lea told E! News. “So Hester would be there. And how funny would it be if all these killings started happening again, and if they found out that she was The Red Devil, she could just be like, I’m really NOT doing it this year, I promise? We’ve talked about how she then would unfold into another season.”
This is amazing news because let’s be real — can you really imagine a Scream Queens without Lea or Emma? In the past, Ryan said that he planned to have four or five character return for Season 2, so aside from Lea and Emma, other possibilities include Grace (Skyler Samuels), Zayday (Keke Palmer), Munch (Jamie Lee Curtis), Chanel #3 (Billie Lourd) and Chanel #5 (Abigail Breslin). We’re completely happy with whomever returns, as long as Emma and Lea are in the mix! As far as the actual Red Devil is concerned, we’ll have to wait and see.
