Before the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, there is a crazy buzz and energy backstage. I chatted with models Jac Jagaciak and Jasmine Tookes about their pre-show work out routine, just minutes before they hit the runway in lingerie!

Jac told me backstage: “I started boxing a long time ago, so I guess that was it for me. And it kind of worked with the show because it’s a great workout. Before the show, I did it maybe every second day, but I want to workout almost every day so I’ll do Pilates in between. I’m always watching my diet but since I work out a lot I don’t have to starve myself or any of that. It’s just about being healthy and having a lot of small meals.”

Victoria’s Secret Model Workout — How To Get Lean Legs Like A VS Girl
Jasmine told me: “I workout every day so to keep my energy up I have to eat a lot of protein and veggies and just try to eat really clean. Protein helps with building/keeping my muscle tone. I focus a lot on my legs and bum [when I workout.] My favorite cheat food is definitely pizza!”
Jasmine, who says she’s actually really shy, shared her confidence secrets: “I believe the worst thing you can do is compare yourself to others. I think it very important to focus on your own strengths and goals.”
