Tiffany Thornton is finally speaking out after husband Chris Carney tragically passed away after a car accident on Dec. 4. She posted a sweet photo on Instagram to pay tribute to her ‘love.’
We can’t even imagine what Tiffany Thornton, 29, is going through right now. The former Sonny With A Chance star spoke out for the first time since husband Chris Carney’s death in a heartbreaking Dec. 5 Instagram post. She shared a precious photo of Chris, 35 with their two children in what will likely be a photo she’ll cherish forever.
“My life. My love. My angel,” Tiffany captioned the Instagram photo of Chris and their two boys, Kenneth James Carney, 3, and Bentley Cash, 1. The adorable photo shows Chris holding his two kids in his arms during a fun day at the lake.
Chris died on Dec. 4 in Arkansas after the car he was in went around a bend and slammed into a tree. Both Chris and his friend Ezekiel Blayton, who was also in the car, were pronounced dead at the scene.
HollywoodLife.com learned EXCLUSIVELY that Chris’ family is “devastated” over his sudden death. “Everyone in the family including Tiffany are devastated,” a source told us. “It really hasn’t sunk in yet and it doesn’t seem real.” Just one week before his death, Chris and Tiffany attended a Texas A&M and Vanderbilt game together. They looked so happy and in love.
Tiffany and Chris, who starred in the MTV reality series twentyfourseven, married in 2011. The wedding was attended by close friends Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama. Demi recently spoke out about Chris’ death. Demi and Tiffany had co-starred on the Disney Channel series Sonny With A Chance together from 2009 to 2011.
Our thoughts go out to Tiffany and the rest of Chris’ family during this difficult time.
