Naomi posted this red headed-selfie on Nov. 29, writing: “You lookin’ at me? First day on set with #LievSchreiber for #TheBleeder #LindaWepner #ChuckWepner #backtowork.”
In another shot with her husband Liev, she wrote: “Great day at the office today with #LievSchreiber on the set of #TheBleeder #ChuckAndLinda #LoveBirds #Redhead #FannyPack.”
According to HollywoodLife.com‘s sister site Deadline.com, Liev is playing heavyweight boxer Chuck Wepner, and Naomi is playing his wife Linda.
The boxer was a New Jersey liquor salesman who fought Muhammad Ali and was one of only three men to knock Muhammad Ali down. Deadline.com says: “Wepner became a bonafide folk hero and the purported inspiration for Sylvester Stallone’s Rocky script. The movie is as much about Wepner trying to deal with that sudden fame as the ultimate underdog — and a hard partying lifestyle that led him to serve time for cocaine possession — as it is about that electric night 40 years ago when a journeyman brawler shocked the world.”
Naomi Watts’ Red Hair — Would You Try The Look?
So maybe her style isn’t exactly current, since the movie is set in the 1970s, but the color is great! Naomi is a L’Oreal Paris spokesperson. To get a similar look, try L’Oreal Paris Excellence Creme Hair Color in Red Penny.
