Um, yikes. Tyga has reportedly come close to closing escrow on a $10 million home in Calabasas, near his on-again girlfriend, Kylie Jenner’s, home. However, he keeps coming up with excuses not to sign on the dotted line. Is it too expensive?
This is…suspicious. Tyga, 26, reportedly keeps coming up with excuses for not closing the deal on a $10 million mansion in Calabasas, CA, close to Kylie Jenner‘s, 18, home (the one which Tyga recently moved out of). The rapper has gone into escrow three times on the crib, however, he’s reportedly given all sorts of reasons for not officially signing on the eight-bedroom home. Is the real reason he can’t close because he can’t afford the mega pad? Here’s what we know.
Tyga has given a whole bunch of reasons for not being able to fork over the hefty sum for the new house. “We’re told each time it gets close to closing, Tyga’s got excuses– such as being on the road or not getting paid– for coming up short on cash,” according to TMZ. Yikes. To hear more about Kylie and Tyga, head over to iTunes and download the latest HollywoodLife podcast for free!
It is not exactly a secret that Tyga has been struggling a bit financially recently. In fact, just before Kylie broke up with him (albeit, temporarily), a source EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife that he would never break up with her, and it has everything to do with money!
“Tyga knows that if his relationship with Kylie fully goes sour he will never break up with her because of the access, credibility and celebrity he gets from the relationship,” an insider revealed. “All that equals to dollar signs which trump everything at the end of the day in Tyga’s eyes. Kylie would have to do the breaking up if that ever happens because for Tyga it will be very hard to get a meal ticket like Kylie in the future.” Double yikes.
What do you think is the reason that Tyga hasn’t closed the deal on his new home, HollywoodLifers?
